Jogging in the morning is the best form of physical activity, which can become addictive, as it gives a very exhilarating sense to many of the joggers.

Then you can have a glass of Luke- warm water containing lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey. It has been proved to be beneficial and has proved to help in weight loss.

Reducing fats in your diet can be achieved by reducing the use of fats during cooking. You can use nonstick pans instead of the normal pans, as these pans help in reducing the use of fats, while cooking. The cooking oil, which you use during the food should be non-saturated or polyunsaturated fats containing omega3 fatty acids, as this is beneficial for the heart also.

Reduce the intake of sweet dishes, which high in calories and substitute them for those sweet dishes like sweet yoghurt, which though sweet contain fewer calories. You can also substitute fruits for the high calorie foods.

Drinking lots of water daily is very good for weight loss programs. Water is the best solvent that nature has provided to us. It not only absorbs good things like the fibres and the nutrients, it also absorbs toxins in the body cells and throws them out in the form of wastes. Hence, the water tries to clean up the body from inside too. Drinking 2 to 2 ½ liters or 8-10 glasses of water daily is very beneficial for the body.

Drinking water has another good effect for your weight loss program. If you drink 2-3 glasses of water just before eating, it fills up the stomach and hence, you end up eating less amount of food.

Eating lots of fiber and fiber containing foods is another healthy way of healthy weight loss. The fibers are of two types: the soluble and the insoluble. The soluble fibers get dissolved in water and increase the bulk of the waste, whereas the insoluble fibers are good waste pushers.
